Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 77php. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If 77php identifies multiple accounts associated with a single individual, all accounts may be suspended immediately. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.
Players must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and throughout their use of 77php. This includes full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information — particularly regarding age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. 77php will never ask for your password through any channel. You agree to:
77php accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, provided that 77php's own systems have not been compromised.
77php is required under PAGCOR compliance obligations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of its players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at defined transaction thresholds, before processing withdrawal requests, or at any time at 77php's discretion.
The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC purposes:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission under standard conditions. Players are advised to submit clear, unobstructed photos or scans of their documents. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to a Player's 77php account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes depending on the issuing bank. 77php does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, Players should check with their payment provider for any fees applied at the provider's end.
All transactions on 77php are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion, and the Player bears any associated conversion costs or exchange rate differences.
77php processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 3–60 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank are processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
Before a withdrawal request is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of a Player's account. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have lower withdrawal limits applied until full verification is confirmed. 77php reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request additional documentation before releasing significant withdrawal amounts.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on 77php are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms constitute the general framework; specific bonus terms take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
New 77php Players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 77php reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, software failure, or communication breakdown that affects the outcome of a game round, 77php reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Players involved. 77php is not liable for losses caused by such events, and bets settled on the basis of a technical error may be reversed regardless of the displayed result.
The principle "pays wrong" applies: if a game displays an incorrect result due to a technical fault, 77php is not obliged to honour the incorrectly displayed payout.
Players using the 77php Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
Breach of any provision in this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
All content on the 77php Platform — including but not limited to the 77php logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of 77php or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 77php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
In cases of account suspension for investigation, 77php will notify the Player via their registered email or mobile number. Withdrawals may be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding misconduct, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released.
Players may request the permanent closure of their 77php account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, provided KYC requirements are met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77php's liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform is limited to the amount actually deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77php is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network outages outside 77php's control; losses arising from a Player's reliance on any third-party information regarding gaming strategies or outcomes; or any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits 77php's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
Players who have a complaint regarding any aspect of 77php's services should first submit a formal complaint to the 77php support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. 77php will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If a Player is not satisfied with the resolution provided through the internal complaints process, unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's published player dispute resolution channels. 77php will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 16 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
77php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address or through a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the 77php Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
